If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You will have to send us an email on  support@shingalainfotech.com along with the order number & the reason for your return.

Note: Two items/returns/exchanges are allowed per customer, per year.

Return

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items must be returned with all documentation (including Lab grown diamonds certificate).
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
    item.
  • We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
    You will receive the credit within 5-10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

  • US returns are free and include a pre-paid, insured FedEx shipping label. Print the return label, repack items in original packaging, add diamond certifications, and arrange a FedEx pickup or drop-off at the nearest FedEx location. Note: A $150 fee applies for not returning the diamond certificate.
  • For international orders, we cover up to $50 for return shipping. We’ll provide the shipping address; you just need to ship the items there. You just need to share the return receipt with us to receive $50 of the return cost.

Disclaimer: All items purchased only with Klarna, Please include a return address in the instructions and include a right to return with free postage (subject to terms) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery (must be unopened/unused for sanitary reasons to qualify.) Restock fees, credit/exchange are not applicable for Klarna purchases and refunds are issued within 14 business days. This is to compliment Klarna’s merchant protection program.

As we are both diamond manufacturers and sellers it should be noted that we in no way include any extra charges to our final prices, like ‘middle-men fee’. Something which is commonly billed when purchasing from a diamond retailer. With a minimal profit margin we are giving you the best quality diamonds as swiftly as we can, hence we keep a 30-day return policy to ensure maximum efficiency for all our customers.

Many times 3-4 customers end up liking the same diamond/diamond jewelry, if we sell it to someone and they want to return it within 30-days we are then able to sell that diamond to another interested buyer. This helps us maintain the market balance.

Note: The 30 days start from the date of receiving the product.

All Orders are eligible for cancellation when it is in packed/shipped status, as long as the cancel option is available.

You will receive refund into the source account within 5-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.

Yes, please contact us to change your address.

Yes, Special/bespoke orders can be returned & eligible for refund.

We cannot accept returns after return timeline has lapsed. Product must have in the same condition (unused) along with the certificate.(if apply). We don’t accept the return for round and fancy shapes melee diamonds/melee fancy color diamond.

Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. Post this, return is not allowed.

For US customers, we provide a prepaid return label. For international customers, we cover up to US$50 of return shipping costs within the 30-day return period. If the cost exceeds US$50, the customer is responsible for the remaining amount.

It’s unfortunate, but the reason for making the return does not comply with our policy.

All refunds are credited back to the account/card used to place the original order.

Non-US residents may receive a lesser refund due to currency conversion fees. We’ve processed a complete refund, which might encompass currency conversion charges imposed by your bank. Additionally, consider contacting your bank to explore options for minimising these charges, as they hold the primary authority and may be able to provide assistance.
Please note that we are not responsible for any currency conversion charges that may have been applied.

We are not responsible for any customs fees or other taxes in the case of a return. To request a refund of customs fees, please contact your local government customs office or visit their official website for step-by-step guidance for help.

You’ll never have to ask. We’ll send you an email confirming the initiation of your refund. Your refund should reach you within 5-10 working days.

If we’ve sent you a confirmation on the approval of your refund, you will definitely get your refund. However, in rare cases, we face technical difficulties that can delay refund transfers. If the wait seems too long, contact us for support.
